You receive a written itinerary and a deposit invoice covering the bookings that must be locked first.

Rooms, rail, flights, drivers and entries are booked and confirmed in writing, with the balance due before travel.

Your coordinator stays reachable for the entire trip and handles anything that shifts on the ground.
